I contacted Dream Gear to return.After 3 e-mails, they finally responded.I got an address to send it back.This was Feb 08.I still do not have a replacement guitar and it is April 08. I keep contacting and they state they are sending a replacement.We are still waiting.Unreliable guitar.Unreliable service.Unreliable equipment or games.Company unreliable.
