(More customer reviews)I needed a guitar for my Rockband PS3 since I have always been using friend's instruments. I decided to buy this since it works for Guitar Hero 3 PS2 as well as Rockband PS3, the two games that I have. It does work great for both of those games, although getting it to work for GH3 PS2 required a lot more than it should have. Also, I have to calibrate it every time or else it's off 20 ms or so.
It worked well for maybe two weeks, and even then you had to press the buttons really hard, but then the buttons started sticking. This wasn't that big of a deal in Hard Mode, but in Expert it is completely unplayable. How am I supposed to do hammer-ons when my Red button sticks for an extra second? Also, the raised bump on the yellow fret is way too rigid.. it starts to hurt your fingers after a while.
I am very upset about this guitar, having spent $60 on something that barely functions and doesn't last at all.
