(More customer reviews)We are 1st-time rockband users, everything worked out of the box but we had to re-plugin the controller before it worked OK first time (not bad).After 2 weeks the (A) button is no longer working.Fortunately fret 1 doubles as the (A) button, so OK so far, but this does not bode well:Problem indicates sloppy assembly which costs us poor schleps without the schematic & assembly instructions MUCH time &/or money to resolve. It's not worth the shipping cost to fix remotely, & DIYwithout hard-to-get instructions is high-risk of breaking the thing.
